The value for money at La Grange was excellent, the apartment was beautifully furnished, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The location in a tranquil village was perfect for a quiet getaway and for visiting the nearby WW1 battle sites. The hosts, Francois and Helene, were extremely kind and accommodating, even offering to take us to the supermarket when our car broke down.
Hotel breakfast could have had more variety.

I had a truly relaxing and comfortable stay at a hidden gem in the Somme region. The apartment was bright and new, with a private entrance and parking right outside. The hosts, Francois and his wife, were incredibly kind and provided essentials like milk and a wonderful beer in the fridge. They also gave us great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The apartment itself was well-appointed, with a real sofa and beautiful bedding. The shower was powerful and the bathroom spacious. Despite the rainy weather, the garden view from the large deck was still restful. Plus, the apartment had a top-of-the-range washing machine. Although Wi-Fi was intermittent, the peaceful village location and proximity to WW1 battle sites made up for it. I highly recommend this fantastic modern apartment for a quiet getaway in the Somme region.

The apartment at La Grange in Foncquevillers was bright, new, and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. the private access and parking added a sense of independence, but the hosts were always available if we needed anything. We appreciated the kind gestures of leaving essentials like milk and beer in the fridge, along with a helpful file detailing local places to visit. the comfortable beds, powerful shower, and top-of-the-range washing machine were also much appreciated. the peaceful outlook on the garden, although we couldn't use the deck due to the rain, was a nice touch.
Felt like a true getaway, no complaints at all.

During our Christmas stay, we were extremely pleased with the beautifully converted property. the attention to detail and high standard of the furnishings exceeded our expectations. the comfy beds and furniture made our stay extra cozy. the excellent bathroom and kitchen provided all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the peaceful and tranquil location, ideal for exploring the Somme region. the nearby restaurants recommended by the hosts were exceptional, allowing us to indulge in delicious meals.
One aspect worth noting is the unreliable and intermittent Wi-Fi. Although this did not bother us personally, it may be frustrating who rely on a stable internet connection.
